Marked CC12. This is a very old jewelry mark. CC suggests that it is a registered trademark. The 12 could be the karat content.
The horn was tested to be at least 9K or 10K gold, but could be a somewhat higher content. It did not test positive for 14K.
The karat content is between 9K and 12K gold.
The horn is only 1.1 gram of gold, so it is very light in weight.
Good overall condition consistent with age and use. Very minor ding can be seen in second photo.
