Semi shaped flexible 7 spike plate, good foot and heel support, synthetic meshed upper 

 7 lace holes / slots  per side of the shoe

.The suede has a dry feel after a few washes in a bucket of soapy water 

why they put suede on XC shoes is just beyond me 

currently fitted with 15mm  XC  pins which will be removed for 

posting to protect you the shoes and the postman.

all the threads are hand checked and good to go ,

If you are new to spikes probably best to order one size above your school shoe as spikes

 typically come up small. 

Recommend consulting with your coach / teacher for the best spike to put in depending on your course or track  type
