This is a new Atlas HO scale New Jersey Transit Bombardier Cab Car with full DCC lighting and sound! It is equipped with a loksound V5 FX decoder and custom sound pack. This allows for the most realistic operations for your "push & pull" commuter operations. A list of functions is given below. It has been weathered to look like the prototype and has multiple additional internal painting coats in the cab area to help cut down on reflective glare through the internal plastic pieces (i.e. flashing walls with alternating ditch lights, or glowing cab wall that is found on the unmodified factory models).  I'm an authorized Atlas dealer so this comes with full factory warranty and support.

Note - this will run on DC layouts as well but you won't have access to all the decoder functions.

Since this is a cab car, you just have to consist this car as the lead engine with the trains locomotive and all functions will work correctly. (i.e. select this car as the lead locomotive on the train with the powered locomotive in the reverse direction as a second consisted locomotive).

Sound and lighting functions:

Direction – Air release let off will sound with direction change (forward or reverse)

F0 – Headlight (in forward direction, and marker lights in reverse direction)

F1 – E-bell

F2 – Horn

F3 – Flange Squeal (sound is produced as long as you hold down the key)

F4 – Air conditioner fan

F5 – Engage ditch lights to automatically flash when bell is ringing. (by default ditch lights stay solid when F5 is not pressed)

F6 – Ditch Lights

F7 – Dims headlight and turns off ditch lights (for sidings or entry into station platform)

F8 – Turns on sounds

F9 – Turns on passenger compartment lighting

F10-F14 – various other sound effects

Weathering details include:

1. Polyurethane coating with different finish textures per prototype (Satin on roof, ultra matte on trucks and lower side frames, with matte on the car ends, and satin over diaphragms)

2. Accurate end grime accumulations across the car including streaking with lower level windows.

3. Trucks and underbody detailing has a 3 coat coloration scheme depicting older to newer grim accumulation patterns.

4. Highlighted roof grills and side vent intakes.

I'm happy to combine shipping if you like! Also if you need more that 48hrs to pay for an item please let me know.
