Commodore 16 Incomplete Keyboard and Damaged Shell Case for parts, spares, repair.
To be clear, no motherboard is included, only the pieces shown and described.

Remnants of building a complete C16 and an almost complete one a few years ago from some broken ones.
I thought I might repair and modify the case to fit a C64 at some point and swap some of the keys too but never did.

The shell parts have some damage and wear noted below and shown in pics, also some noteable wear, dings, scuffs and dust in the detail.
There are no case-screws or motherboard screws though the little cover for the hole at the back is present.

Before listing I tried the keyboard again in my C16 with some random C64 keys attached and it more or less worked ok,
though maybe not as consistently responsive for every key and it might benefit from cleaning the internal contacts.
I've given it a bit of a rub and dust off but it's far from spotless and ideally could use a more attentive clean before use.
There are full set of fitting screws for it but they're in mixed condition.

The keyboard is missing the Space-Bar, Commodore and Function keys, their springs and the spring for the SHIFT key.
The SHIFT key is from another keyboard and more yellowed than the others.
The remaining keys are still fairly grey but I wouldn't say they were "as new grey" and do have some shades of discolouring here and there.

The upper shell is damaged, most notably the 3 screw pylons on the front-upper were smashed off when it was sent to me in a big jiffy bag.
The main pylons and a couple of small bits are present but there may be tiny bits of them missing.
Also one of the rear clips has the end missing.

The lower shell has some wear to the motherboard mounts but the seemed fairly ok, other than the one marked with red tape which is notably worn and wouldn't hold a screw properly.

To be clear, I'm not entirely sure if the upper and lower are a "matched pair",...
in certain light they perhaps look a slightly different shade, though that's nothing too unusual for Commodore shells in general.

Will be suitably packed for post if they sell,
Thanks for having a look.
