1/32 scale USCG River Bouy Tender Fiberglas semi-Kit by Stabitz of Buffalo. This is a semi-kit that was produced by Glen many years ago. As far as I know this kit is no longer available.
Due to health issues, I am no longer able to build models or complete what I have.
This is a model of the USCG Clematis class Tender when she was revised, the bridge area was enlarged. The prints that are shown are what I received from Glen at the time I purchased the semi-kit. It may be possible to contact the USCG Yard at Curtis Bay Maryland for updated and a better set of prints. Also, the Floating Drydock could be another source if they are still around. To the best of my knowledge this kit is no longer available.
The shafts, rudders and motors have been installed. All of the decking except the center section, bulkhead is removable for completion of the model. Some of the details have been laid out of the bridge to aid in completion of the model. The drawing provided is scalable. This is the only drawing I have for this model. There are some misc. parts included with the model as well, I do not remember what's included so please do not ask me.
