Wire edged flower and leaves. The front is shiny and the back is matte, I am not sure what the process or material is. The front looks enameled. Brass tube and wire, wood base. App. 2 1/2" square base and app. 5" tall as shown, it can be adjusted. Tag says handmade and painted in Black Mountain, NC. It is in very good condition, used.
