Antique HMSO SO Stationery office Letter Opener, in a blade sheaf. Dense harwood handle stamped J Clarke & Son. The sheaf appears to be a form of bakerlite. Blade is Sheffield Stainless Steel.
In very good antique used condition, there is some pitting on the blade.
