The inserts are missing, ready for your inserts. The insoles are slightly sticky from manufacturer's glue from the inserts being removed (that's why the inside heel area looks stained). The boots are in Great Condition with some minor scuffs/stains and a couple of stains around sides of boots close to bottom. There is a small mark on the bottom of left boot. There is a small mark on the back of one of the tongues (can't see it while wearing). The boots have been stuffed for the pictures.
