Vintage Snap-On Tools USA E707BCG Electronic Mini Tapered Precision Side Cutters!

The previous owner used a light grind to ID their tools.  It can be seen on the front head of the cutters, and it erased the Snap On logo and model number.  I've sold many of these cutters, and it's certain this is Snap On and the E707BCG!

There is a cut on the bottom right grip.  See photos.
