·        Jimps - None, (The tang is sheathed in plastic on both sides)

Additional Notes - This 567 Parker is a beautiful example of Japanese craftsmanship. There are some surface blemishes on the blade but the bevel is crisp and narrow and both bevel and spine show very little signs of hone wear. (Please refer to the accompanying pictures for the spine and bevel shots.)   The plastic sheath around the tang has some light superficial discoloring.  Just to be sure, I've tested this Parker and it gave me an exquisite shave.*  The blade is tight in its scales and closes perfectly centered.  Exemplary craftsmanship can be seen in the stark lines of this Tokyo-made Parker in its double shoulder and polygon-ground toe.  Clean and subtle.  A fine example of quality Japanese craftsmanship.  (Razor will be packed in fresh VCI (anti-corrosive) paper.

 

 

Please keep in mind that this razor is a used vintage item.  There may be some cosmetic points that I may have missed.  The accompanying pictures are of the actual item up for auction and may better represent the razor than the above description,  please refer to all of them and judge the condition for yourself.  

 

 

  *Although this razor has been sharpened to my liking, because everyone's whiskers are different, no guarantee is implied as to its "shave readiness".  Please be prepared to have this razor sharpened if necessary.
