Includes two brass pans as shown.  Balance scales moves freely.  Nice and clean.  Nice piece.  Note the birds!  Unique!

Appears to have been painted flat black at some point years ago.  Pans may or may not be original.  They are each 7.75" diameter.  The whole item would be about 7 inches tall at the highest (atop the birds' heads).  The base is about 13" long by 4" wide.  With pans, the whole item together is just over 19" long. 

About the pans, one fits well and one is slightly off, as photographed.  One pan has a small tear just in the edge as photographed.

Has markings of HC (or H Co.) and also 5 kg.
