This program is from the Bill Gazaway Collection.  Bill Gazaway was Chief Technical Inspector, Techical Director, Competition Director and Race Director and became VP of Competition and Race Director.  He helped build NASCAR to what it is today, and served NASCAR for over 20 years from 1961 to 1988.
