Nascar and Winston were partners together for more than thirty years, as Winston would be the title sponsor for Nascar's top division. In 2003, Winston would leave the sport and to commemorate the departure, past champions had special designed cars to signify the years they were crowned Winston Cup champions in the sport. Benny Parsons won his first and only championship during the 1973 season. He would later find himself in a broadcast role as an analyst and had some memorable calls during his television career in the booth.

This car was purchased from a diecast store and kept in its packaging. Unfortunately the packaging does shoe some signs of sun damage, however the car itself is in excellent condition for the age that it is.

Excellent collectors piece for any vintage Nascar fans.
