Age & Condition - Original vintage made for the St Michael range previously at M&S. The St Michael range was discontinued in 2000 so this garment is at least 24 years old; from the style of the label I think it is most likely to be from the 1980's.
There is small red mark on the front left side near the hem. Also the original waist belt is missing - I have added the one shown in the photos which I will include, however it is not original and does not match.
No other signs of wear to comment on.
Size - The size label has been cut so I cannot confirm the original intended size. To give an idea of fit it was photographed on a size 10 mannequin. I think it would be ok for small sizes up to and including a UK12 (UK6 8 10 & 12). Intended to be worn loose fitting as photographed.

- It is a long dressing gown, however the length when worn will depend on the wearers height.
- The material has a crinkled/creased texture is places - the creases do no iron out, I think this may have been a feature when it was new. See close up photos.
- OK to machine wash.
- Tie fastenings - fit the garment to the wearer.
- Pockets concealed in the side seams.
