Eddie Lawson #21 rode the AMA superbike version that won the series in 1981 & 1982 ( see pics 3 to 11 for reference ) of Eddie racing the S1 in the AMA 🇺🇸 superbike series . The bike was sold for race use & only sold in limited numbers for racers , this is the KMUSA 🇺🇸 ( Kawasaki Motors USA ) version with Eddie’s famous number #21 on , with the KERKER race pipe & DYMAG 16” front wheel , the rear of the brochure shows great detail close ups on the flip side of the bike Eddie actual raced including the cockpit , bars & throttle set up , engine & oil cooler / cut away - stepped style Eddie Lawson race seat / Kehin carbs / open clutch case & rearset footrests & reverse facing gear lever / swinging arm with catch tank built in & the front brakes & calipers & discs + more , the famous lime ( team green ) bike was later made into the road going version by Kawasaki of the KZ1000R elr / z1100R elr that sold all over the world in huge numbers . Great memorabilia for any old KAWASAKI / Eddie Lawson race fans or to refer to by people who made replicas of the genuine race bike .
