Vintage Johann Georg Kessler 3/4 Size Violin W/ Case West Germany Instrument. This is a beautiful instrument with a beautiful acoustic sound. As a violinist, I can assure you that you won’t be disappointed with the resonance this violin has. The measurements match up perfectly with that of a 3/4 size violin. 22” length in full/13” in length of just the body (not including the neck/scroll of the violin).See chart in last picture. The violin has a good set of strings on it. The bow obviously needs to be rehaired. The hard case is nice and protective. The left buckle is finicky, but it buckles shut. There are a few scratches and scuffs on the instrument, but I believe a good polishing will make the violin look even better. Gorgeous wood grain tiger stripes on the back.
