We attempt to state any rips, stains or condition issues each item has along with a picture of the issue. We measure each piece from bottom of arm pit to the other arm pit, and half way between the collar and shoulder to the bottom front of the waist for the length. Pants are measured from inseam to leg whole, waist is measured from end to end then doubled. This is shown in photos. This is more of a guide, not an exact science we suggest you measure your own items the same way to get an idea of the fit. Most items have been washed according to its washing details on the tag. Dry clean only items have not been cleaned. Items will most likely arrive wrinkled.
