A stunning solid 14ct gold Vintage DOXA men’s dress watch circa 1950s/60s

The case is solid 14ct yellow gold and in amazing condition, it features gorgeous sculpted talon lugs and a plain snap off case back. The 14ct hallmark is on the inside of the caseback.

The case measures 36mm in diameter (not including crown) and 7mm thick with a lug to lug length of 45mm.

The dial is a lovely salmon/copper colour and looks amazing in any light, the pictures don’t do it justice, the dial is in fantastic condition for its age and has Arabic numerals which as expected have slight patina.

The movement is hand wound mechanical and is stamped ‘Doxa’ and is in excellent working condition. This is the most accurate vintage piece in my collection keeping within 1 minute a week when tested.

The strap is brand new and genuine Alligator, the strap alone has a retail value of £180+ and measures 18mm at the lugs.

This watch would make the perfect addition to any one’s collection and is truly something unique.
