This is an exchange item , if the old unit is not returned and received complete within 14 days of sale , as the one sold , the warranty is null and void . We arrange collection , you just have to put it in the box that they had came in and be available to give it to the carrier when they come to collect OR drop it off at your local post office of which we will send you a label to print off and stick to the box.
