New - The minifigure is in like new condition. Minifigure was taken out of polybag for conformation. No original polybag included! 

Shipment

Handling time to postal service is 3 days after the purchase, excluding weekends since on weekends postal service is closed. Shipment usually takes 5-7 days.

Refunds

Accept all refunds, but shipment of item back needs to be paid by the buyer.
