Overall, these books are in pretty good shape considering they were within the school system & being handled by many tiny dirty hands. The pages have very few tears. Some books have a bit more smudges than others. Bindings are all strong & intact. Others have a bit more wear to their edges and corners than others. many of them have small inscriptions in the front of the book and/or has stamps. Some only have the "California state series" stamp. these books were printed between 1933 & 1967.
