We try to get items in the post within 48 of cleared payment but sometimes we are held up and it could be a wait of up to 5 working days before the item is sent. 

Please don't rate us slow postage, we are letting you know beforehand. 

Usually, it is not this long but sometimes it is unavoidable

We always do our to describe every item as accurately and honestly as possible. We are human however, and occasionally miss things, particularly with preloved clothing. If, however, you receive an item and we have missed something, we will always work with you to find a solution that you are happy with

We are friendly, approachable, and customer focused. Our goal is happy, return customers, not a quick buck!

Please note though, a lot of preloved items come from third parties so they could need a freshen up or wash and iron before wearing

*All measurements are taken whilst garment is lying flat and unstretched
