As stated in title, this is a Leupold spotting scope tripod with adjustable legs. Most of the leg clamps have broken levers but will still lock when pushed closed. The rubber feet and center tube end cap are missing which does not affect functionality much if at all. I am selling this as is for parts or not working because of the feet and the clamps. Includes the small camera/scope adaptor plate. Comes with that nice zippered pouch in the pictures.
