Real Oak Lipping allowing for 8mm to be trimmed off all edges of the door.  

The sizes quoted e.g 1981 x 762mm (30") is the size of opening the door will fit.   The actual door panels are smaller (1936 x 758mm) to allow sufficient clearance to allow for the track and bottom hinge pivot bracket to be fitted and operate correctly.
