A mid size spirits decanter of exceptional design, featuring panel cut body that tapers slightly outwards as it rises to the shoulder, panel cut neck, medium size pouring rim, polished and star cut base with significant wear. The stopper is a good fit, but not the original, however I think its a good aesthetic match. There is a large chip off the lower rim. The crystal is very clear and not misted. The decanter holds 500 mL and weighs about 850 g when empty. I believe it dates to the mid 1800s.
