Dear customers, in MY opinion SKLZ is a garbage company with rude people and non existent customer service. Again this is just my opinion! If you still want this it is yours for 99 cents (ebays minimum or else free) and simply my cost to ship it to you. The grip trainer is new and good to go, I just will never use another SKLZ product as long as I walk the earth.
