This drum machine is so underrated with its 12-bit sounding crunch.
Its was advertised as a 16bit drum machine in the 80's and the DAC are 16 bit but the sample roms are not which is nice because it has that crunch we all appreciate and love these days.

The original stock sounds on these machines were horrible from the factory. Thankfully though the Eproms were replaceable and with a bit of programming this one has had all the stock sounds replaced with sounds from the legendary Roland TR Series drum machines. 

Now it can really shine with the 4 individual outs, powerful sequencer (swing, microtiming) and 16 voice polyphony this is now a classic sleeper of a drum machine

Note: This unit has had the power switch removed so as soon as you plug it in, it is on.
