Blue Glass Vase/Plant Dish.

Rather like an inverted hat this dish is 3 inches deep and has an internal diameter of 4 inches with a 2 inch wide outer rim giving an overall 8 inch diameter. Could host a plant pot as shown in photo or could be filled with oasis and make a wonderful base for a floral arrangement.
