This powder compact is in good condition. There is some powder still in the compartment, and there is a label inside with the R & G Co. name and item refill number inside. The enamel and guilloche is beautiful. There is some wear on the brass inside from age and use. All of the catches work just fine. As far as the silver being sterling or plated, I am not sure. If you look closely, you can see some brass coming through where the indents are, so that leads me to believe it to be silver plated. Again, I am not sure though, but a magnet does not stick to it. The compact measures 2.5" x 2.5". The mirror is in perfect condition. Please review all photos carefully prior to placing a bid, and contact me with any questions.
