This is new replacement unit, thats why serial doesn’t match (see picture attached, serial in the box shows if the product has been replaced, while serial in the ipad shows the unit hasn’t even been activated). Ipad still in cellophane wrap and never been used or opened. Comes with manual and stickers. Since it doesn’t come with cable and wall charger so i give another original apple usb cable and wallcharger (MB352LL). Collectible item.
