Up for sale is a Lionel 990 Legacy Command System and the Legacy Command Upgrade Module (new). The 990 system needs some work. I admit I have no experience with these, so I might be doing something wrong, but when I turn it on it reads "no base found" (see pics), so I can't test it. I looks like it's complete, but please see pics to verify.
