RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

·        RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION THAT WE SENT THE ITEM OUT IN.

·        We take great care to keep all our items wrapped in plastic until sold, free from dirt, odors, insects, dust, hair, and animal fur. PLEASE DO US THE SAME COURTESY WHEN RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE AND AVOID WEARING PERFUME OR COLOGNE OR SMOKING WHEN TRYING ON CLOTHES AND AVOID GETTING HUMAN HAIR, ANIMAL FUR, OR DIRT ALL OVER THE OUTFIT BEING RETURNED.

·        ITEMS RETURNED TO US REEKING OF PERFUME, COLOGNES, OR OTHER ODORS, OR THAT ARE RETURNED TO US DIRTY, STAINED, DAMAGED, OR WORN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED! WE WILL TRY TO WORK WITH THE BUYER TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, BUT THE FACT IS THAT WE CAN NO LONGER SELL THE ITEM “AS NEW” IF THERE ARE ANY ODORS, DAMAGES, OR NEEDS TO BE CLEANED. CLEANING OR WASHING AN ITEM GREATLY DEVALUES THE ITEM AND MAKES THE ITEM A USED OR SECOND-HAND ITEM, AND WE DO NOT SELL THOSE TYPES OF ITEMS!

·        Items that are returned dirty, damaged, used/worn, or have odors will be returned to the customer with NO REFUND!!!

·        Returns are gladly accepted within our 30-DAY RETURN GRACE PERIOD!

·        Items with slips must be returned with the slip the item came with. If the slips are missing upon return, we reserve the right to offer only a partial refund or no refund and will return the item to the customer.

·        Manufacturer tags must be returned with the original tags the item came with. If the tags are not returned, we reserve the right to offer only a partial refund.

·        Please send your return with the printout provided by eBay or the packing slip we sent you so that we can identify who is returning the item so we can locate your purchase and issue a refund, if applicable.

·        The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except for certain reasons*

·        *Shipping & handling fees will ONLY be refunded on returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent to the customer by the seller.
