This auction is for the original artwork by Jack Higgins for his Chicago Sun-Times editorial cartoon dated 2002. The artwork deals with Senator John McCain and Senator Russ Feingold's Campaign Finance Reform Act sponsored on the House side by Rep. Chris Shays and Rep. Marty Meehan. The artwork measures approx. 11-1/4" x 15-7/8". This is the original artwork that Jack Higgins created. The artwork is in good condition - there are a few small marks/smudges on the art - there is a small (1/2") bend in the upper left hand corner - you can see some spots where the artist made corrections as he crafted his art - on the back there is some ink transfer from other artwork that was stored underneath this piece. A NICE, ONE-OF-A-KIND PIECE OF EDITORIAL ARTWORK THAT WOULD LOOK GREAT FRAMED! When packed, this will ship at the 2 pound rate - check the postage calculator.
