For sale is the vinyl album Steely Dan Greatest Hits by Steely Dan, released by MCA Records, catalog number AK-1107, issued in 1978.  List of songs can be seen on the label or sleeve photos. Record has been play tested with notes below if any issues.

Cover is Good Plus (G+), vinyl is Very Good (VG), inner sleeve is excellent.  

More Descriptions/Condition comments:

Cover: obvious signs of record shape rub, lower right corner a bit bent, just not well made cover (note specially priced 2 record set medallion-they cut back on cover quality)

Vinyl: Sides 1 & 2 have a white spot on opposing sides that look like defects, rest of sides have scuffing. Sides 3 & 4 have light scuffing & scratching

Inner Sleeve: plain white sleeves

Play Testing Comments: played well except for defect spot on side 2 1st track where it skipped & popped. Side 1 with the white spot didn't skip but made some popping noise. Rest of album played very well.

Background: Most of the records I have listed for sale are from my personal collection of almost 300 albums & 80 singles purchased during the late 1970s through mid 1980s. A few albums must have been given to me along the way too. Most will be classic rock or pop music. The records have been stored in record crates inside the house to prevent any issue with the elements like water and dirt or temperature, so they are in pretty good condition, although some were played much more than others!

Each record has been cleaned with a record cleaner, but I have a lot of static issues here, so dust, etc come back pretty quick. I’ve done my best to review each record as well as possible and describe any flaws I can see.  Records are all play tested to see if there are any issues likes skips or sounds. Please check out the photos although I’ve struggled to capture great photos of the vinyl due to the dark reflective surface so I have tried to be very descriptive and checked each record very carefully in good lighting.
