“Céramiques Elchinger” is a family business established in Soufflenheim in Alsace in 1834. Since that time, generations have succeeded one another and offered a production that is as varied as it is avant-garde. Fernand Elchinger (1911-1975) took over, in 1936, from his father Léon Elchinger (1871-1942) who left his mark with the production of artistic stoneware as well as magnificent Art Nouveau and then Art Deco pottery, with colors and designs.
