The iconic Jenny Worrall brand boasts a
range of truly exquisite table lamp designs. Created using the traditional
technique of potichomania, delicate decals are applied by hand within the base
of the lamp. Each lamp design is then carefully built up with layers of
hand-sponged lustre and colour to create the finished effect.
The Collingridge Vine design is taken
from the RHS Library. It is pictured on a cream stone-coloured background using
a vibrant red and orange palette for the vine and leaves. The gold accenting
gives the design depth and is synonymous with the Jenny Worrall brand. The
glass is then completed with an antique brass finish base and top and a light
bulb holder in the same finish.

Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from our UK based warehouse between Monday and Friday.
All orders will be dispatched on the next working day.
It is buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address when making the order.
Delivery
Deliveries are made between Mondays and Friday 9am-5pm by our contracted couriers.
If you ask, we will provide a tracking number for your parcel so you can track the progress online.
At present we only ship to UK Mainland, however please contact us with your postcode and we will advise if we can ship to your location using an alternative shipping company. An extra charge may be required for this service.

Unwanted Items
Once the item has been dispatched and if you are not happy with your item or do not wish to keep your item you may cancel your order within 30 days from the day of delivery.
Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' including all accessories and in the original packaging complete 'AS NEW' (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
If the goods returned are not in a resellable condition and/or parts missing, we will deduct charges from your refund total.
It is your responsibility to return the unwanted items at your expense and risk.
Faulty Items:
On delivery of the item, before signing for the goods, please inspect if the box or the item looks damaged.
If the items or box looks damaged, you must state damaged on the paperwork, and you may refuse the delivery from the courier, failure to do this will result in your claim being rejected.
Faulty items or missing parts should be reported within 48 hours after delivery.
Please email us a description and photos of the defects. Once the email and photos have been received, the damage will be assessed, and we will contact you to send out spare parts or replacement unit.
We will always be able to send parts or a replacement item, but however If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, and you want to cancel the order for a refund the item can be returned under our return policy for unwanted items, which will be at your own expense and a handling fee
Please note goods must only be returned once .
Goods must be re-packaged as received. They should be re-packaged with reasonable care in order to prevent any further damage in transit back to us. All components and accessories must be returned.
You must send photo evidence so we can assess the damage and report this to our suppliers, so the damaged goods can be rectified.
If we are required to replace and collect the faulty item, it is your responsibility to be at home and hand the package to our courier. The collection will be Monday to Friday anytime from 9.00am to 5.00pm
