This is a set of 2 NGC MS-69 Commemorative Silver Dollars. The first is the 1989-D commemorating the Bicentennial of the United States Congress. The second coin is the 1990-W commemorating the 100th anniversary of the birth of Dwight D. Eisenhower. 

Both coins are certified MS-69 by NGC. These 90% Silver coins contain 0.7734 ounces of silver per coin.
