Made of durable plastic, modern style home from the 80's

No Instructions, No Hardware, Appears that it just snaps together ??

I took it out of the box to take photos but did not snap it together tight so I could easily repack the pieces

In original box, the box does have damage on the ends, see pics, also there is writing on the front of the box, didn't photograph on pic but can make out letters  "old t_ _ sel" ???  wanted buyers to know the box is definitely not perfect

House itself is good condition for it's age and had been played with.

There is a small crack on the bottom of the front door frame, I think it could be glued but will let buyer decide

The upstairs wall paper is faded and peeling off, the living room carpet is dirty and needs glue on an edge

The windows are scuffed, the kitchen floor has a scrape mark

Ok, the story is I had this doll house as a child. My sister saw this at an estate sale and bought it for me thinking I would like to restore it.  I don't have the time or desire to do that lol.. I sold the furniture separately and now would like to sell the house and give the money back to my sister.
