This petite southern Belle holds an urn accented with pink flowers where you would place a tiny candle. The back bottom is marked 4000 and GERMANY. The bottom is marked with the number 41. Note the bottom is discolored. Place this charming lady on your vanity or dresser, even the top of a cake.
