ITEM CONDITION RATINGS THAT WE USE:

Most Pre-owned items have been worn and laundered and they will show some signs of wear and washing.

We rate item conditions in the following manner -

“New without tags.”  An item that we know is a new item that has never been worn (except for trying on at a retail establishment) or laundered prior to our ownership or an item that had tags attached that had to be removed for laundering.

“In excellent pre-owned condition.”  This is an item that could be mistaken for a new item that has not been used or laundered and does not have any observable flaws or inconsistencies in the construction of the garment.  

“In very good pre-owned condition.”  You can tell that this item has been used and has been laundered or cleaned.  It may have slight pilling in common friction areas such as on the side under the arm or between the legs.  There may be slight overall fading of the material from laundering. There may be a slight pull in the fabric that can be tucked back in so that it cannot be seen.  There may be a loose or missing tag, or a loose thread that can be removed or tucked in.  Where these things exist, we will try to bring them to your attention.

“In good pre-owned condition.”   In addition to areas of wear, pilling, fading, pulls in the fabric, loose or missing tags, loose threads, and loose or missing buttons, an item in good pre-owned condition is still serviceable but may need repair.  It may have a seam that needs to be repaired.  Where these things exist, we will try to bring them to your attention.

PHOTOGRAPHS

You will be receiving the item shown in the photographs.  Please review the photographs carefully for garment conditions.  If there are any significant flaws in the garment, we will make every effort to show them in the photographs and to bring to your attention any flaws we notice.

Colors portrayed in the photographs may differ from the actual color of the item due to lighting, exposure and your monitor display.

MEASUREMENTS

Sizes really do vary by manufacturer.  In order to ensure that you will have a good fit, you should compare the measurements of this garment to something you already own that you know fits you well.

This garment was measured laying flat and un-stretched.

Approximate Measurements:

Chest (Armpit to armpit):  20"

Waist (Measured at the natural waist of the garment or at the beltline):  17.5"

Hemline:  21.5"

Sleeve (Measured from the armpit seam to the end of the sleeve including any decorative lace or ruffle): Sleeveless

Length of Garment Top to Bottom (Measured from the highest point on shoulder (near the collar) to the highest point of the hem (in the event of an asymmetrical hem):  36"

STORAGE AND SHIPPING

All items are stored in a smoke-free and pet-friendly work site.

Some items that we sell are purchased from other sources, and it is not possible to know the conditions under which they were stored at another location.   We use good judgment and never purchase soiled, stained, or odor-damaged items for re-sale and wherever possible, all items are freshly laundered before shipping.

We package carefully and ship promptly.
