These figures are all in okay to good condition. I marked this item as new as even though the box has a good amount of wear, the box is incomplete missing a part of the original box, and the soldiers have wear on it,  the soldiers are still tied down brand new.  There is some wear, grime on the part of the box, and some paint chipping on the figures. The box has a good amount of wear and scuff marks on it but is not destroyed. Please see pictures for more information and if you have any questions please feel free to reach out and ask us.
