Clear glass mushroom paperweight made by Viking Glass. No issues, just minor signs of age with slight surface scratches on bottom. It does have a few small bubbles in the top. It does have gills in the glass to accent the mushroom shape. It measures about 3 inches tall and the cap of the mushroom is 3-1/2 inches in diameter.
