This is a beautiful silver plated basket made by Rogers Silversmiths. It says 1881, however I'm not sure if that's the date of manufacture or the patent. It has the number 360 stamped on it. The basket is 10" wide with the handle and has a diameter of 9". It stands about 6.5" tall. It has a very nice symmetrically curved design. The basket is very decorative with flowers growing out from the center. The handle is also ornate. As you can see in the photos it has a pretty heavy patina. It is electro plated nickel silver, so I'm not sure to what extent it can be polished.
