These figures are decaled on to original white Lego minifigure legs and torsos with blank black heads underneath the helmets. 

The helmets and weapons are from clone army customs. The custom backpacks are pad printed also from clone army customs. 

The figures are sealed with clear sealant to protect the decals from peeling off. The hips are also carved out on the legs so that the decals are not peeled off when the legs are bent.
