Here is a charming blown glass water jug dating to the second half of the 19th century.

The jug has a round tapered shape, with an applied handle, hand cut design banding around the body and concave polished pontil.

It is in good condition, with no chips, cracks or repairs. There is commensurate surface scratching from many years of use.
