Star Trek The Next Generation Science Tricorder Electronic Playmates 1993

Fully tested and working.

In good overall cosmetic condition with the usual signs of age.

Unfortunately, the batteries had been left in while in storage. This obviously cause a corrosion issue on one side of the battery contacts and the surrounding plastic. I tried to just clean and sand the corrosion away but it had eaten through the metal. I have had to replace the original contact with a new spring contact. I tried to keep it original but it just wasn't possible.  It's not an amazing job and I have slightly cracked the plastic (see images) but I tried.
