Buyer agrees to keep original shipping packaging and damaged items purchased until insurance claim is approved. Refunds to buyer will only be given after seller has made every effort to provide evidence of damage and prove seller was at fault. Seller can request that buyer send original shipping packaging and damaged items purchased back to seller AT BUYERS EXPENSE.
