Thank you for looking at this listing for this Newburyport Silver Company antique teapot. Made in Taunton, Massachusetts, the teapot is from the early 1900s and has victorian styling with floral engraved accents and a decorative finial on top of the hinged lid. It has a very handsome scrolling embellished handle with thumb rest. Clearly marked with the manufacturers signature and "Quadrupal 865" on the bottom. It measures 8" tall to the top of the applied finial and 8" across from handle to spout.

It has a few bumps and bruises and signs of wear. The inside is very nice, clean and shiny. It has a tarnished patina and a small spot of green paint on the handle, which I have not cleaned or polished, allowing you to do so if desired after receiving delivery, as-is. A wonderful collector's and display item! Please let me know if you would like any additional information. Also carry a Milk Jar matching and a cookie jar lid.
