Both in working condition, one was purchased new (the complete set) the other refurbished (the firestick that has cord only), both in working conditon and fully functional with no issues.

The complete set I used in the living room and the extra stick with USB cord only in the bedroom and I used my Samsung TV remote to control the firestick. As you may know cec enabled tvs can control the firestick as well as your phone via the Amazon TV app. Everything shown in the photos are the exact items provided, both sticks are the firestick 4k max with wifi 6 (not 6E) version.
