19thC Miniature Hand Painted Portrait Of Madame Juliet Recamier Signed Leroy

Beautiful mini hand painted portrait of Madame Juliet Recamier in a gold tone frame that appears to be pinchbeck or brass. The painting itself is on a thin piece of scrimshaw. Portrait is in beautiful antique condition with some minor cosmetic wear that is to be expected with age. The glass is also a smidge uneven but is very secure.
